Current Despatch and Delivery Times

We are currently experiencing very high levels of demand from our customers from all over the UK. This is due to certain restrictions being uplifted for parts of the UK.

Our delivery lead time is currently 3 to 5 working days if your order is placed by 5 pm. If you place your order after 5 pm (inc. at the weekend or on bank holidays), the 3 to 5 working days delivery lead time will be from the following day.

We are doing all we can to get orders out safely and would ask customers for their patience and understanding.

Please note; we are extremely busy over the weekend therefore please allow extra time following the weekend rush. To illustrate the delivery lead time over the weekend, if you order after 5 pm on a Sunday then we would expect you to get delivery of your item by the following Friday at the latest.

We use DHL for our standard deliveries. In a despatch of your order you will receive an email confirming your tracking number and by downloading the DHL App will be able to be kept informed of your delivery and allow you to change address, change the day of delivery or leave instructions for the driver.

Please note that when requesting to ‘leave in a safe place’ you are doing so at your own risk and we accept no liability for lost or stolen goods.

UK Mainland

Orders received before 2.00 pm will be dispatched on a 24-48 hour delivery service, Mon – Fri)* (NB// orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders will normally send by Parcelforce or DHL. Charges will be as follows:


  1. Orders with a new value of £40 or over will be sent carriage free†.
  2. Orders will be dispatched via our preferred courier service at a charge of £4.80 plus vat per order under £40
